Ordination Invitations (produced 2-up for custom invitations by Gartner Studios Ivory Note Cards & Envelopes (SKU: 65691) I think these may only be available in Canada, but there are lots of others and the idea is the same. Print at home or take to a print shop. Made in Quark.
